A fast and simple system devised by Iowa Trapper Dan "Pogo" Reich.  Place the Anchor Washer into the slots at the end of the driver.  Push or pound the driver into the ground and then remove the driver.  Pulling up on the split ring flips the washer horizontally which secures cable.  100 count
